The Rashtrapati Bhavan will host for the first time a World Indology Conference in collaboration with Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) from November 21 to 23, 2015. This is a first of its kind event where around 21 eminent Indologists from across the world will live in Rashtrapati Bhavan (including in the prestigious Guest Wing of Rashtrapati Bhavan which normally hosts visiting leaders from foreign countries) and along with eight senior scholars from India deliberate on various topics related to Indian culture and philosophy.

A ‘Distinguished Indologist’ Award will be presented by President Mukherjee toProf. Heinrich Freiherr Von Stietencron from Germany on the occasion. Such an Award is being instituted for the first time by ICCR.

The idea of Rashtrapati Bhavan hosting such a conference emerged during the visit of President Pranab Mukherjee to Russia from May 7 to 11, 2015. Following a meeting with leading Indologists in Moscow, President Mukherjee announced that he would be happy to host an international conference on Indology in Rashtrapati Bhavan and directed ICCR to do the needful in this regard.

The conference is a unique platform which will bring the best scholars from across the world including India to discuss the present state of Indology, its relevance and also the challenges faced by them in India and abroad. The deliberations during the conference would open new vistas for researchers to infuse new vigour in the younger generation to take up Indology as a subject of study.

SOME IMPORTANT ASPECTS FOR INDIAN DEVELOPMENT

LET THEM TO DO WORK. LET WE DO WORK WITH THEM.
[thanks Google for Images]
SOME IMPORTANT ASPECTS FOR INDIAN DEVELOPMENT WHICH NOW OUR  GREAT  PRIME MINSTER WANTS
[FROM THE VIEW OF A DOCTOR WHO IS STAYING AT RURAL AREA ONLY TO OBSERVE THIS HEALTH FACTOR  AND MASS MENTALITY.]
 Dr Rajatsubhra  Mukhopadhyay M.D.PGPN[Boston]
Director ,Child Health Care Arambag,
Koruna Medical, Hospital More, Arambag,
Hooghly, West Bengal, India, Pin-712601
e-mail: dr_rajatsubhra@yahoo.com
dr_rajatsubhra@sridoctor.com   Phone : 9732948496

AS I am staying at Bengal at Arambag area ,my view will be based on this area. But I think this will be applicable in other places also. Because I am trying to find out the peoples psychology also.
1.CLEAN INDIA.
TOILETS
I think if the toilets are made by the Government and to allow to use this free and  have an option to donate whatever the user can with out any fied charge . The project will be successful.
LOGIC: Here the public  , specially labor class likes to defecate at open roof places. Like to bathe at Ponds or River. This is Psychology. So whatever you tell to them will remains ineffective. No political party will force them to do that. And we need the self realization.  But if the Government  gives them a scope... to do that at free of cost ... and keep an potion through ...‘donating a little’  ...which can suffice to maintain the cleanliness of the toilet and maintenance of water, light etc. I think it will be a SUCCESSFUL  PLAN.
 MOTION SICKNESS
Mass Education through Radio TV Health Care staffs like ASHA worker School  if guidance is given to carry a plastic or waste bag  to vomits at Bus and to through into a dustbin after alighting from the bus.

I have noticed here ,when people roams by Bus specially the women ,very commonly suffers from MOTION SICKNESS. And they vomit through windows. At that time they do not care about other people moving or coming near the Bus.
PONDS
AT LEAST ONE POND MUST BE PRESERVED TO DOMESTIC USE AND BATHING IN EVERY AREA OF THE VILLAGE.
For the labors class the’ bathrooms  to bathe ‘will be not very effective. Rather in every locality if one pond is sanitized keeping without any pesticide from cultivation land or from fishery . This  will be only for domestic use like bathe, washing clothes etc. Then The Government can offer them a better health.

2.DIRECT MARKETING
MARKETING OF MEDICINAL PLANTS AND ITS PRODUCTS AND  CULTIVATION PRODUCTS is difficult. Through e Governance if this  scope is offered the rural area will be benefited.
3. PERSONAL GROOMING.
Through e- education teach THE FARMER’S SON AND DAUGHTER ‘the PERSONAL GROOMING’. THIS WILL RAISE THE CONFIDENCE LEVEL OF THE PEOPLE . AND  WILL HELP THE COUNTRY IN TERMS OF INTER MIXING, MARKETING,EXAMINATION,DAILY LIVING AND CULTURAL EXCHANGE.
LOGIC:
Till date English speaking people and Sahib Behavior dominates over Indian Mind . This is psychology. Let us make a ....‘farmer’s son Sahib’  ...keeping him at village. Otherwise .....a ‘City – Village’ gap is occurring. It counts in life and quality. All lectures of ‘Swedesi ‘ remains for the village  and even when to  talk about it ,he talks in English, like me.   The SWADESHI likes to TURN the metro cultured people  into village culture or to help them to follow a  simple life style . But they do not try to become familiar with the Metro culture to a village student. So why not my farmer’ s son will be fluent  in English?  So through e- education , teach them the GROOMING .THIS WILL RAISE THE CONFIDENCE LEVEL OD THE PEOPLE . AND ULTIMATELY  WILL HELP THE COUNTRY, IN TERMS OF INTER MIXING, MARKETING,EXAMINATION. DAILY LIVING AND CULTURAL EXCHANGE.
THEY ARE BECOMING CRASHED BETWEEN OVER MODERN METRO CULTURE AND EXTREME SWADESHI CULTURE , NEITHER IS WANTED FOR AN ORDINARY PEOPLE.
4.INTEGRATED MEDICINE.
TO START A NEW MEDICAL SYSTEM WHERE A Holistic mode of therapy will be given. Aim of which  is Less antibiotics ,less cost, less Investigation, Less Surgery and a long Healthy life.
LOGIC: At rural area I am also finding besides allopathic system indigenous medical systems are equally popular to the public & cheaper. Indian medical system have different streams which are sometimes contradictory to each other. The co-ordination in scientific way among these medical streams is important. And to spread  the system to the remote areas that mode of therapy through Health care.

AN ACADEMIC DOCTOR AT RURAL AREA AND THE PROBLEM

Money is  never only preference to this person. His academic carrier is always good . After completion his  he starts practice at rural area to observe the people & diseases over here more minutely just for research purpose. Looking the huge cost burden in Asthma treatment he starts thinking how the cost can be minimized. That was 2003. Since then he is keeping the data bank of his patients. In 2006 he starts fully practicing life ,besides a academic life ,he is keeping data of some specific diseases of his own interest, out of his keen academic nature to track the disease progress with his treatment.
Since 2006 he is tracking his patients with ASTHMA & so many other diseases.
Among these, he wanted to have a clinical trial registration under ICMR for the work with asthma to publish his work in international journal just for academic interest. That was 2008-09. ICMR gave him a UPTRN Number under WHO. But when he started perusing this number in 2010,he found that The ICMR has started a new web format. And all previous data is lost.
However this time he found that, to have this CRTI-NUMBER, he needs AN ETHICAL COMMITTEE'S PERMISSION.  [ Though This is neither any special trial or any serious experiment with bodily organs . This was just some analysis from his  prescriptions ,patient's data & follow up .]
With a long struggle he came to know that he have to contact with medical college for this works. They have asked for hard copies of his research proposal to discuss in committee.
He sent his idea in form of an ordinary paper in a famous journal. They denied to publish it because there was no peer review. They replied that this might have impact in society, so, though the idea is interesting , because of this ,they are unable to publish. He sent this in some free academic web sites.
In the mean time this same research is undertaken by NCBI in 2011.
Now even he starts his work with permission, chronologically that will be a latter one.
The research's world is a race. At a same time, perhaps the same idea or work is going on in different parts of the world. But one have to prove that he is the first to make that .And in this race of research, 'the time lapse', 'cordial support', 'seriousness',- all counts.Previously Sir J C Bose, Dr Subhas Mukhopadhyay  all have been defeated in this race. This is the strategy of us.
Matter of frustration is that the idea or academy is suffering from the disease of laws & regulations.
When a doctor is under an institution , his papers of any quality or by any means is acceptable,  but independently to publish any original work is next to impossible.
Is this in India Or in all countries?
Then there is no scope for this type of doctor or scientist to continue his work?
Then SCIENCE is only for institution & employed fellows!

Ahalyabai Holkar The great

In India there were appearance of great Ranies for so many times through all over Her territory. Among them  very famous are 1. JNASI KI RANI-LAKSHMIBAI, 2.AHALYABAI HOLKAR-THE GREAT MAHARANI,3.RANI RASMONI OF BENGAL,4. RANI VABANI OF BENGAL, 5.SULTANA  RIZIA etc.
Every body is eminent and memorable for each of their contributions.
Maharani Ahalyabai is specially important as because during her  'Kingship' she carried out so many humanitarian works. And the revival of Sanatan sacred places which are  being worshiped today from times immemorial happened during Her period.
To the Sadhu’s world SHE WAS A SAINT. To the common people SHE WAS A MOTHER.To the rulers SHE WAS AN EFFICIENT RULER.
Today whatever we see as a tourist or pilgrimage in different  ancient places of India, almost all are reconstructed by THE GREAT AHALYABAI.
Her life span was 70 years. We do remember , in India The battle of Palasi happened in 1757. And the 'Sipahi Bidroha' was in1857. 'Palasi' means around the time of British invasion in India. 'Sipahi  Revolt ' means the important revolt against their ruling from India.
Ahalyabai’s period was at the time of British invasion. So her dynasty was under the close contact of the British. And according them Her image was 'Great'.
Till date only few rulers has so complete image; SRI SRI RAMACHANDRAJI, SRI VIKRAMADITYA, CHANDRAGUPTA MOURYA, THE GREAT ASHOKA ,THE GREAT AQBBUR and RANI HOLKAR AHALYABAI are only the names adored in this category.
To me Rani Ahalyabai, Rani Vabani and Rani Rasmoni are the RUPAS[FORM] of SRI  SRI DURGA MATA.
So she has really become immortal.
In Indore  the University, the Airport have been established by Her name. In West Bengal the road

from Howrah to Benaras  through Arambag,Joyrambati, Kotulpur , Bankura, Purulia, Patna ,Benaras is renamed from BENARAS ROAD TO AHALYABAI ROAD. Through which DELHI  ALSO COULD BE REACHED. AND  this is the shortest route by car from Kolkata to Benaras /Delhi. Another road is GT ROAD.
But the point of despair is ,this great facts even being a doctor I have come to know  very latter. In child hood and student hood we did not read this information.
This type of encouraging topics should be incorporated in study books. So that students become acquainted with the contributions of GREAT INDIAN LADIES.

GANGA SAGAR MELA

TOMORROW IS THE DAY OF GREAT GANGA SAGAR MELA . Readers should know about it's history.

Swami Sacchidananda Saraswati was a famous Yogi and Tantrik in Bengal. He wrote some great books. Sadhan Pradip, Puja pradip, Jnan pradip,Guru pradip, Sandhya pradip Purascharan pradip.
All these are the treasures of Bengal and  are very helpful for  the Sadhakas[SAINTS or SONTS.].

Previously it was published from CHUNAR ANANDA ASRAM BAGBAZAR.  Now it is no more exist.
Now a days these are being published by NABAVARAT PUBLISHERS.KOLKATA.
Here he wrote a fact about Sri Sankaracharya Adi.
When Sri Sankaracharya was roaming for the unification of spiritual India and revival of Sri Sanatan Dharma, once he came into this Bengal. He heard about Swami Brmhanandaji of famous GangaSagar; who was a very aged and the highest level of Koula and Tantrik Sannyasi.
Sri Sankaracharyaji asked him for TARKA.
[His condition was either do tarka and defeat me or be defeated and follow my path.]
Swami Bramhanandaji requested him for taking rest.
After while he said to Sankaracharyaji –Baba now tell me what do you want?
You are talking about Adwaita and you are doing Tarka, this proves- you have not attained that level. Adwita means  "Singularity" ;there is no "Two". Then with whom you are doing Tarka.
This was the first time when sri Sankaracharya ji  impressed with that very old Yogis words.
Sankaracharyaji asked him for some advices.
Showing a big stone rock on  the beach of Ganga river  Sri Bramhanandaji told in smiling face - Baba this is my Moth, my Asram. I am 300 years old. I stay here all the day and night. Whole the world is Her . So where will I do the Moth ?And who will be the disciples?
    My Moth is Ananda Asram.
Till date in GangaSagar that stone is present. This is Kopil Munis Asram.[Kopil Muni ji was the founder of Sri Sankhya Darsan. Where it is admited that all are from ONE.-HE is PURUSA. And evrything -this nature, universe, you and me and all is PROKITI, the feminine or Anandamoy[loveable] part of that Purusa.]
We should not forget that the revival of Kumbh mela and  Ganga Sagar Mela happened after the advent of Srimat Sankarachariya.
And Sri Sanakara realized this Ganga Sagar after this interactions between Two Great Souls.

ACHARIYA SRI SANKARA.

KALPATARU DAY AND NEW YEAR

.Happy new year 2016 to all........

HAPPY NEW YEAR to all of beloved followers. Today is also KALPATARU DAY. Sri Ramakrishna became KALPATARU[WILL AS YOU WISH] on this day before HIS passing by.He said to  the all whom HE touched that day-
LET YOU HAVE CHAITANYA[bodhi/baptism/gyan/consciousness/kaibalya/].
WE can amuze this day  wishing all the best for the coming years, but this KALPATARU UTSAV has glorified this dqy more  not only for Bengali, but for all the nation & nations.
He was the preacher of UNITY IN DIVERSITY in religious world.1st Jan is the new year according to the english calender,In India we follow1st BAISHAK as new year. SO THERE IS A CONFLICT IN BENGAL'S MIND [those who are respectfull for their own herritage also],for the celebration of NEW YEAR.. Most of them have adapted the both as one in BENGAL'S STYLE ,another ENGLISH STYLE

But SRI RAMAKRISHN'S kalpataru festival by HIS followers has given a new blend of this day.As a Divine Avatar spontaneously HE HAS made this new year in 'english calender'  a day of festival . This is also an example of his tollerence & adaptation of else's culture.
****************************************************************************************
[In India to the this adaptation is not new. There is numerous variations of Hindu religion. But they were ,are & will be united with a cord that this land is of them. They are the inhabittant of this country. And they have accepted succeding religions, The Muslim & the Christanity.
We find SRI DURGA a combinationform, like wise,SRI SATYA-NARAYAN.After muslim came into this land, SATYA PEER,PEER appeared. In Kolkta till date we waoship GODDESS SRI KALI in FIRINGI KALI BARI with reverence ,which was established by a CHRISTIAN Saheeb.
Actually above all the truth & humanity reigns]
**********************************************************************************************

Of late, SWAMI DEVANANDAJI, in NADRA , BARDHAMAN, has started a special colourful festival on the 1st January, every year. for the betterment of the lives & the world.
He is also a great soul. And has choosen this KALPATARU DAY for his important festival, as HE IS ALSO SAYING that this is SATYA YUG..
And Sri Ramakrishna also the KAKLIAVATAR[see my previous articles]. THE TORCH BEARER OF THE SATYA YUG.

................JOY SRI GURUMAHARAJ,JOY SRI RAMAKRISHNA,JOY SRI DEVANANDA..............
